Day one: Arrival Dinner

When: Thursday, July 31 from 7-9pm.

Details: Self-serve, casual dining, get to know everyone.

Attire: Whatever makes you happy.

Day Two (morning): Pool Party

When: Friday, August 1 from 11am - 3pm.

Details: Snacks, beverages, & music poolside. (pool towels provided).

Attire: Swimwear.

Day two (evening): Rehearsal Dinner

When: Friday, August 1 from 6:15 - 10:30pm

Details: Be ready and waiting by 6:15pm to be transported to Trattoria il Leccio where we will experience local food and wine at a restaurant in the streets of Montalcino.

Attire: Summer-chic.

Day Three: Wedding

When: Saturday, August 2.

Schedule:

4:30 PM - 5 PM ~ guests arrive to chapel to be seated.

5 PM - 5:30 PM ~ ceremony.

5:30 PM - 7 PM~ apertifs in the grassy area outside the exterior loggia.

7 PM ~ dinner, drinks, & dessert in the cloister.

Attire: Summer semi-formal is appreciated.

Day Four: Free Day

When: Sunday, August 3.

Have fun in Italy!

Day five: breakfast

When: Monday, August 3 from 8 - 10am.

Details: Quick, sit-down or grab-and-go style breakfast. Reminisce on your favorite memories from the weekend, say goodbye, hold back tears, and be packed & out by 10 AM.

FAQ's

What airport should I fly into?

Florence airport is about 2-hours by car, Rome airport is about 2.5-hours, & Perguia airport is about 1-hour. L&L will be flying into Florence a couple days early.

How do I get to the villa?

Public trains do not go directly to the villa. L&L will be renting a vehicle from Florence.

Does the villa have air conditioning?

There is air conditioning in some of the bedrooms and every room has a fan.

What meals are provided during our stay at the villa?

Meals are provided during the planned events and we will have the fridge stocked with a limited amount of snacks and beverages.

Should I bring a gift?

Joining us in Italy is the only gift we ask for.

Are kids welcome?

While we love and adore your little ones, we are only extending the invite to a few select VIPs.

Is the tap water safe to drink at the villa?

Yes, the tap water is safe to drink. We will have the villa stocked with bottled water as well.

Is there laundry on-site?

The villa has a washing machine onsite.
